House Demetra sits on the lower level of a traditional stone property in Mavrikiano. It suits couples, small families, or friends who want a simple house close to the shared pool. The outlook is toward the mountains and surrounding village landscape rather than the sea.
The Interior Layout
Demetra has a small living area with the kitchen, one master bedroom, and a separate room with two single beds that can also be used as a sitting room. The bathroom is accessed through the master bedroom, so guests sleeping in the twin room must pass through the master bedroom to reach it. The house is arranged on one floor, with no internal stairs.
Shared Pool And Outdoor Space
Demetra shares its swimming pool with House Penelope. The pool, sun loungers, and outdoor seating are close to the house, so the outdoor space works well for relaxed days at home. The veranda and courtyard-style seating area give guests a shaded place to eat or sit outside.
Access And Pairing
Shared private guest parking is about 40 m away, with space for up to 5 cars in total; if the shared parking area is full, guests can usually park for free around the village. The house is not step-free; expect at least one step from the path to the entrance. For larger groups, Demetra can be considered together with House Penelope, which sits nearby and also shares the pool.
