Policies & House Rules
House rules, access information, and policies for all Elounda Traditional Homes properties.
Access & Mobility
Important — please read before booking
Access: Village terrain. Not step-free. Expect at least one step from the path/parking to the entrance.
All properties are traditional stone houses in hillside villages. The terrain is uneven cobblestone, stepped lanes, and sloped paths. None of the properties are step-free, and none are accessible by wheelchair.
Each property description includes a specific note on stairs, floor levels, and any notable access features (for example, House Erato has a sunken entrance accessed by stairs down from the lane; House Stavros has bedrooms across two floors).
If you have mobility concerns or specific access needs, please contact us before booking so we can advise on the most suitable property for your requirements.
